Contribution Workflow

Use staging for development and review. Production is promoted only after approval.

Development and review environment

Branch: staging

Contributors open pull requests toward staging.

Production
Approved live environment

Branch: main

URL: portal.globalmega.co.id

Only reviewed changes are promoted from staging to main.

Local setup
Clone the private GMM repository using your authorized GitHub account.
git clone https://github.com/rizal-mmpp/portal-admin-gmm.git portal-admin-gmm
cd portal-admin-gmm
git checkout staging
npm install
npm run dev
Submit a change
Use a feature branch and request review before promotion.
git checkout staging
git pull origin staging
git checkout -b feat/short-description
# develop and verify
npm run check
npm run build
git push -u origin feat/short-description
  1. Open a pull request from the feature branch into staging.
  2. Confirm checks pass and review the result on the staging URL.
  3. After approval, promote staging into main.
  4. Verify the production URL after deployment.
